Staff made the stay delightful
The friendly staff greeted me each morning, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the room was spacious and well-furnished.
However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy at times. It occasionally disrupted my sleep, which was unfortunate, as I had hoped for a quieter environment.

Consider keeping the air conditioning on between guests to avoid dampness!!! A better-maintained drainage system for sinks is a must!!! Bathroom fans need immediate attention!!!

The rooms lacked basic hygiene, with wet, sticky floors and a musty odor that made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. After changing rooms, the second one continued to exude a lingering smell of smoke, rendering the space uninhabitable for a family. Interactions with staff were frustrating, as concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. The only pleasant aspect was the fruit salads served at breakfast, which was a nice touch amidst the overall disappointing experience.

Comfy queen rooms offer microwaves and fridges, making late-night snacks a breeze. The indoor swimming pool serves as a great spot to unwind after a day of adventure, topped off by a nice hot tub experience.
Some logistical quirks stood out, like the breakfast options feeling a bit limited. while stocked, many items leaned toward the bland side, leaving something to be desired. The air conditioning unit emitted a noticeable hum that might keep light sleepers on edge, not to mention some rooms retaining a musty odor that could really sour the mood.

The queen room at Blossom Hotel & Suites had a cozy vibe with a microwave and fridge, which made late snacks easy. The indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day, paired with a relaxing hot tub. My favorite part was the complimentary coffee available in the lobby—it was a nice touch! Staff interactions were mostly pleasant, especially in the mornings. However, the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy at times, which occasionally disrupted my sleep. Also, I noticed some areas in the hallways needed more attention, as the carpets felt a little worn. Despite these minor inconveniences, my overall experience was quite enjoyable. I loved exploring Traverse City after a refreshing stay here.
